history
My grandfather Paul was a farmer, passionate about his plots of vines above all his other crops. His love for wine is now rooted in me. This bottle is a tribute to his hardworking life, taking care of his land and family. Ben, proud grandson of Paul.
Vineyard
Located in the South of France, this vineyard spans the rolling hillsides near Carcassonne and extends into the upper Aude Valley. The area is known for its hillside terroirs.
Winemaking
Gentle pressing is followed by a 15-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, kept at a temperature between 15 and 16°C. The wine is then bottled early to ensure optimal freshness.
Tasting notes
A vibrant blend of citrus notes, complemented by blackcurrant and gooseberry, with a subtle touch of Muscat. The overall profile is lively and refreshing.
Food pairing
Perfect as an aperitif, this wine also pairs beautifully with grilled fish and shellfish. Additionally, it complements dishes like goat cheese salad, lemon-herb chicken, and fresh spring vegetable pasta.
