history
My grandfather Paul was a farmer, passionate about his plots of vines above all his other crops. His love for wine is now rooted in me. This bottle is a tribute to his hardworking life, taking care of his land and family. Ben, proud grandson of Paul.
Vineyard
Located in Southern France, the limestone-clay soils provide the perfect conditions for full ripening.
Winemaking
Traditional fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, featuring a brief fermentation period during which the cap is punched down.
Tasting notes
A vibrant, medium ruby hue characterizes the wine. It exudes aromas of blackcurrant, liquorice, and cherries. The palate is rich and full-bodied, delivering a vinous encounter.
Food pairing
This wine pairs beautifully with roasted poultry and grilled tuna steak. It's also a delightful match for Camembert cheese. Additionally, Pinot Noir complements dishes like mushroom risotto, duck confit, and earthy vegetable stews, enhancing the overall dining experience.
