The vineyard extends over south-facing granite slopes at an altitude of 450 meters.
Mechanical harvest . Pressing whole grapes .Settling after 24-hours maceration at low temperatures. Vinification at 61 ° F with 30% new barrels.Lees stirring barrel and vat twice week for 3 months.
Ageing 7 months.
Light gold colour. Floral bouquet with spicy notes . A dominant fruit flavor (apricot and exotic fruit).The attack is fresh and fleshy.Round and silky on the palate. A long spicy and fruity finish.
It will be perfect as an aperitif, "foie gras", salad of paned revioles and goat's cheese.
