Guillaume and Marion represent the sixth generation of winemakers who cultivate their vineyard with great care and love. With passion and precision, they craft exquisite wines that reflect their deep devotion to their craft. Spanning 272 acres, their vineyard is situated on ideally south-facing clay-limestone soils, overlooking the Thau lagoon. It lies at the heart of the 'Picpoul de Pinet' Appellation.
Vineyard
Density of 4,000 vines/hectare (approximately 1,619 vines/acre), pruned short in either the Cordon de Royat or goblet style, 60 hectoliters/hectare yield (approximately 24.5 hectoliters/acre).
Winemaking
Destemming, crushing, juice selection through draining and pneumatic pressing under a protective atmosphere, cold settling.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Bright with a pale pink hue. Nose: Delicate and fruity with notes of raspberry and strawberry. Palate: Round, indulgent, and slightly tangy.
Food pairing
Pleasant as an aperitif, it also complements starters, such as an assortment of tapas, and grilled dishes.
