history
Guillaume and Marion represent the sixth generation of winemakers who cultivate their vineyard with great care and love. With passion and precision, they craft exquisite wines that reflect their deep devotion to their craft. Spanning 272 acres, their vineyard is situated on ideally south-facing clay-limestone soils, overlooking the Thau lagoon. It lies at the heart of the 'Picpoul de Pinet' Appellation.
Vineyard
Density of 4,000 vines/hectare (approximately 1,619 vines/acre), pruned short in either the Cordon de Royat or goblet style, 60 hectoliters/hectare yield (approximately 24.5 hectoliters/acre).
Winemaking
Destemming, crushing, juice selection through draining and pneumatic pressing under a protective atmosphere, cold settling.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Golden yellow with brilliant reflections. Nose: Powerful with notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruits. Palate: Generous and full-bodied with notes of apple and a persistent finish. A very elegant and round wine in the mouth.
Food pairing
Ideally accompanies seafood and fish dishes, white meats, and poultry in cream sauce, as well as hard cheeses.
