history
Guillaume and Marion represent the sixth generation of winemakers who cultivate their vineyard with great care and love. With passion and precision, they craft exquisite wines that reflect their deep devotion to their craft. Spanning 272 acres, their vineyard is situated on ideally south-facing clay-limestone soils, overlooking the Thau lagoon. It lies at the heart of the 'Picpoul de Pinet' Appellation.
Vineyard
Density of 4,000 vines per hectare, pruned in single Guyot style, with a yield of 60 hectoliters per hectare.
Winemaking
Destemming, crushing, juice selection through draining and pneumatic pressing under a protective atmosphere, cold settling, and controlled fermentation at 60.8 to 64.4°F
Tasting notes
Appearance: Pale yellow with golden highlights. Nose: Citrus and exotic fruit notes. Palate: Harmonious and fruity with a persistent finish.
Food pairing
Delightful as an aperitif, it also pairs well with fish dishes and white meats. Serve at 46.4 to 50°F.
