Guillaume and Marion represent the sixth generation of winemakers who cultivate their vineyard with great care and love. With passion and precision, they craft exquisite wines that reflect their deep devotion to their craft. Spanning 272 acres, their vineyard is situated on ideally south-facing clay-limestone soils, overlooking the Thau lagoon. It lies at the heart of the 'Picpoul de Pinet' Appellation.
Vineyard
Density of 4,000 vines/hectare (approximately 1,619 vines/acre), pruned short in either the Cordon de Royat or goblet style, 60 hectoliters/hectare yield (approximately 24.5 hectoliters/acre). Red marl-limestone gravel.
Winemaking
Destemming, crushing, juice selection through draining and pneumatic pressing under an oxygen-free environment, cold settling, and controlled fermentation at temperatures between 16 to 18°C.
Tasting notes
Beautiful bright yellow robe with hints of green reflections. Delicate nose blending notes of exotic fruits and peach. A balanced palate combining acidity and smoothness, with a lingering citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and peach flavor.
