Terroir : Sandy, clay-limestone.

Age of the vines : 40 years old.

Yields : 45 Hl/Ha - 2.72

Grape varieties : - 50% Grenache - 15% Mourvèdre- 10% Marselan- 10% Tampranille- 5% Carignan- 5% Cournoise- 5% Terret Noir

Vinification : Pick-up by hand. 8 to 16 days fermentation.
